So who is the Trev behind Trevs at Dickson?

Trevor McGrath AKA Chef Trev is an accomplished chef who spent part of his training in Melbourne with George Calombaris and Gary Mehigan before they were famous on Masterchef.

He was a chef at the lodge for the Prime Minister Kevin Rudd (yes – he was busy!) and the US Embassy, and has cooked in restaurants and as a Personal Chef in Europe building experience in London, Spain and France.

Trev now brings his passion for quality cuisine to the heart of Dickson in Canberra and has built a team of friendly and experienced staff.
